To whom it may concern,
I don't know if I'll be posting on this LJ periodically, but it seemed like a resonable idea to start.
I'm almost 23, a graduate student in math at Hebrew University, engaged (to user lotus82).
It's hard to talk about math on LJ (symbols, etc) - what I may use this LJ for is sort of a blog. I am interested in the connections between evolution, evolutionary psychology, and ethics - I do not, however, study any of these fields in a research-sort of approach (I know almost no biology, for example) but I do read about them and, given that we can't all be experts on every field but are expected to formulate opinions on many things to direct the way we think and act (unfortunately, many people do not take the time to think to formulate intelligent results), I tend to be very opinionated on these and related matters.
The advantage of a blog of this sort is that I hope I will be able to feel that I can put things in writing just as musings, without the need for precise formulations and without anything being permenant, less I change my mind further down the road.
I hope it's enjoyable for me,
- John
